Text Box: Social Night A good night was had by all on the latest social evening, drinks flowed very well at the Bridge Brewery followed by an excellent meal at the Bann Thai. Text Box: Committee Meeting Next Meeting 22nd July Text Box: Splash Night Instructors As a way of improving your abilities of teaching try-dive participants, Maybe consider ways of improving how you instruct ? For Instance-: A very short SEEDS brief would be an excellent start Choose where to start the in-water lesson carefully. What skills are you going to teach ? (make them progressive) Never attempt "mask clearing & DV retrieval" in any more than standing depth on their first attempts. Try to incorporate buddy diving skills/practices. Do you know the club's present recruitment policy ? These are just a few considerations to be made, more than there is space on these Buddy Lines!
